Structural strength

Made from a 0.5 thick sheet metal. The structure is made of ”corrugated panels” with vertical ribs on which transversal omegas are fixed; this make the subframe rigid, thus avoiding structural deformation during the assembly. New Space key features: reinforced vertical jambs, fine mesh grid, removable sliding guide, removable structure bottom, floor guide, sliding system, two spacers.

Assembling New Space is super easy and fast! The assembly and the joining of the items that make up the product are eased through practical and functional solutions. The construction of each individual item obtained in a totally automated production plant, guarantees steady quality in coupling and assembly accuracy. No tools are required to fit the transom with the lateral jamb and the structure.

Simultaneous opening of two sashes using only one hand, automatic self-closing sash, sash closing damper to gently accompany the sash as it closes, aluminum rail for low noise, double sash kit that converts a single sash counter-frame into a double sash counter-frame, aluminum glazed sash kit, joiner and jamb kit.

Dierre captures the narrative texture of light in this new line of glass doors to tell the story of the space that comes to life. Tempered Laminated Glass offers greater security by combining the hardness of tempered glass with the elasticity of PVB film. This technology allows for designs, prints, and translucent effects within the lamination. The glass is five times more resistant to thermal and mechanical shock.

Materiche Finished Doors

A range available with three different frames: flat, round and flush. With a block board frame and a multilayer casing. Together they ensure high resistance to humidity. The 9 cm casing with 3 cm flap perfectly compensate any uneven wall dimensions and guarantee the same height both on the push and pull side. The wing is mounted on the frame: this assembly system ensures quick installation and allows to avoid errors in the measurement and adjustment of the door. The New Twin Set collection instead has a MDF frame and casing. Lovly is a paneled door, with 44 mm thick finger joint perimeter, is supported with MDF and covered in melamine without perimeter edges with a gray abs insert.

Conceived to last in time, thanks to the lacquering of the leaves and frames, made with superimposed layers of polyurethane varnish that ensures high resistance against abrasion and protects from the attack of most liquid agents.

Glass Doors

Interior glass doors. The Dierre interior doors in tempered glass and tempered laminated glass enhance the light and perfectly integrate the range of Modern and Materiche finished doors collections. The Vetrate series are available in seven main types of glass: basic, clear printed, engraved or frosted, decor glass, eroded clear glass and two-sided silver mirror. With a total of 23 different models. Four types of frames make Vitréa a versatile collection, suitable for use in residential or business applications.

Glass Doors

There are many frame solutions. Frame in solid wood, laminated, lacquered and essence. The casing is always supplied matching the material of the frame. No frame for the version with automatic hinges that allows to fully exploit the opening space. The rail sliding system allows 4 different sliding solutions, with an external frame consisting of a chrome-plated/satin finish metal structure, or with a recessed frame in the false ceiling. The sliding solution with chromed steel exposed beam for a more industrial style. For a minimalist environment, the sliding version is wall-level, where the frame disappears completely into the casing, leaving only a thin band of aluminum visible at the top of the leaf.

The frame is complete with rubber seal and brass counter lock with casing covers. The architraves are supplied as standard in the 70 mm wide and adjustable interlocking flap up to 10 mm. 44 mm thick door: all load-bearing items are made with two solid wood layers glued with joining pins and joined in counter-shape in order to give the door greater stability and durability.

Technical Doors

Anodised aluminium frame in natural brushed silver colour, shaped, accident-prevention. The door is hollow-core and is available in lacquer, laminate, HPL laminate, primed, wood essence and glass (only for the fusion 03 model). An eco-sustainable solution: aluminium is totally recyclable and guarantees the utmost resistance.
